Implementation Date. This Agreement shall be implemented only upon Planning Attorney’s death, incapacity, or other inability to practice law, as established by Paragraph 3 below, and then only to the extent as required hereunder. The powers granted herein to the ISBA shall continue to be effective during any such time that Planning Attorney is subject to a temporary disability, or in the event of Planning Attorney’s death or permanent disability, shall continue until all obligations under this Agreement are satisfied, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Paragraph 7 below.
