Concierge Services. 18.01 With effect from acceptance of these terms and conditions in accordance with Clause 2.03, the holder of a Platinum Card or Titanium Card shall be eligible for and shall be entitled to enjoy the benefits of the Concierge Services.

Concierge Services. Your Card entitles the Account Owner or an additional cardholder to use the Visa Concierge Service, which provides assistance and support for travel, entertainment and business needs. The Concierge Service is provided by Visa, or a third party on Visa’s behalf, and Concierge Service staff may at their discretion refuse to consider or deal with a Concierge Service request. The Concierge Service is subject to change at any time without notice and your ability to use the Concierge Service can also be withdrawn at any time without notice. We and Visa are not responsible or liable to you in any way whatsoever in relation to any good or service provided to you by a Concierge Service merchant or any dispute that arises between you and any Concierge Service merchant. You are responsible for all costs, charges and expenses incurred by you (including reservation fees, cancellation or “failure to appear” charges) as a result of any booking, reservation or purchase that you make using the Concierge Service.

Wherever you are, whatever you need. In Detail The Concierge Services are always available and can be used around the clock, 365 days a year. Your call center agent will help you with any concern that may arise while you are on the go (e.g. what the weather is like at your destination, where to find a great takeaway coffee). As a result, you can find your way around and stay well-informed. Whatever you want on your journey, the right answer is at hand – tailored to your individual needs. This allows you to concentrate fully on the road, and destinations found for you by the Concierge Services can even be sent to your vehicle’s navigation system for automatic guidance, if desired. There are no additional mobile communication costs for you. Please note that each Service and its functions depends on availability. Depending on the vehicle model and its technical capacities as well as market regulations, the availability and details of a Service may differ. As far as a Service enables access to services of third parties only, such services of third parties are not subject of the Service.

Concierge Services. 19.1. All Guests of onefinestay have a designated concierge who will contact the Guest prior to the Booking. Assistance is also available on the onefinestay concierge line at 877.815.1242 (# 3).
Concierge Services. ACI agrees to provide Concierge services which offer information and referrals, on an unlimited basis, for any type of personal convenience in the broad category of personal service. ACI Concierge Service acts as an information service only and does not cover the cost of services nor does ACI guarantee delivery and/or quality of service provided by vendors.
Concierge Services. QUESTX will assist Customers in arranging for alternative transportation, calling Customer’s home or office, or arranging any other reasonable services to ease the inconvenience of the breakdown. ♦ Airline Reservations and Ticketing. A QUESTX representative will facilitate a three-way between the Customer and a travel agent or airline reservation number, to make or change airline reservations in case of delay associated with a breakdown. Tickets will be issued on the Customer’s Credit Card. ♦ Alternate Transportation. QUESTX will arrange, or attempt to arrange, a rental vehicle for the Customer. ♦ Hotel/Motel Reservations. QUESTX will attempt to arrange overnight accommodations for a stranded Customer at the hotel or motel of his or her choice, or change existing reservations as needed due to delays. ♦ Tourist Bureaus. When available, QUESTX will provide the telephone number of travel bureau in the area of choice in order for the Customer to receive information regarding that geographic area. ♦ Nationwide ATM Locator System. QUESTX will locate the nearest ATM using the Customer's specific network system (Star, Plus, Cirrus, etc.), according to the area code and prefix from which the Customer calls. ♦ Personal Assistant. A QUESTX representative will call the Customer's spouse to inform him or her of the delay, call a business associate to cancel a meeting, or take care of any other necessary details to help ease the strain of a breakdown. CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER OF ANY CONCIERGE SERVICES ARRANGED BY QUESTX (I.E., COST OF AIRLINE TICKET, HOTEL ROOM, RENTAL CAR, ETC.). YOU are allowed three Emergency Roadside Assistance and Towing Service events per calendar year. All Emergency Roadside Assistance and Towing Service events have a cost limit per event of $75.00. Should YOU request a service that exceeds that limit, YOU will be responsible for any excess cost and pay QUESTX directly for same at the time of requesting the service. Winching (usually up to 20 feet from road depending on service provider’s equipment) will be included in the Roadside Services provided for the passenger vehicle subject to the $75.00 cost per event limit and excess cost payment requirements referred to above. All Emergency Roadside Assistance and Towing Service events must be preauthorized by the ADMINISTRATOR or Roadside Provider. Event Ticketing - Assistance with obtaining tickets to sporting, theater, concert and other events, based on availability. Ground transportation coordination – Coordination of car or limo arrangements including transportation to and from the airport, hotel, meetings and more. Golf tee time reservations and referrals - Assistance with scheduling tee times and making course recommendations, based on availability. Wireless device assistance- Assistance with cell phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs) and other wireless devices, such as locating carrier stores, technicians, repair shops, replacement services when device is lost, stolen, or inoperable. Latest worldwide weather and ski reports- 24/7 update on destination weather as well as ski conditions throughout the world. Floral Services - Coordination of flower delivery for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and other special occasions. Private air charter assistance- Coordination with private air charters to gain access, availability and booking. Cruise charter assistance- Assistance with establishing availability and booking of cruise charters. Latest sports scores- 24/7 updates on sports scores. Find, wrap, and deliver one-of-a-kind gifts- Assistance in finding unique gifts for friends and family, including gift wrapping and delivery. Movie and theater information- Assistance with obtaining information about movie or theater events playing within a specific area. We also obtain the tickets to theater or movie events, based on availability. Latest stock quotes- Up-to-the-minute stock quotes. Special occasion reminders and gift ideas- Never miss a birthday, anniversary or special day while traveling. All special occasions are kept within our Insured services database and a reminder is sent 48 hours prior to the day. Coordination of finding unique gifts for friends and family, including gift wrapping and delivery are included. Lottery results- Up-to-the-minute lottery results. Local activity recommendations- Worldwide local activity referrals and reservations made on behalf of the Insured, based on availability.
Concierge Services. We do not offer or contract any obligation under concierge services. We only rent Le Clos xx Xxxx. Nevertheless, we provide you an access to the services of a concierge company, that means the possibility to benefit from its services. The concierge company may offer many services which will be subject to specific contracts and invoices directly agreed between you and the concierge company. We cannot for any reason be held liable for any failure to comply with the obligations under these contracts between you and the concierge company. Moreover, we cannot for any reason be held liable for death or personal injury suffered by anyone at the Clos xx Xxxx during any of these concierge services.
