Implementation of Grant Plan; Cooperation with Monitoring. Grantee shall, in good faith and with diligence, implement the Grant Plan on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Application Documents. Grantee shall not materially change the nature or scope of the Grant Plan during the term of this Agreement without the prior written consent of City. Grantee shall promptly comply with all standards, specifications and formats of City, as they may from time to time exist, related to evaluation, planning and monitoring of the Grant Plan and shall cooperate in good faith with City in any evaluation, planning or monitoring activities conducted or authorized by City.

Implementation of Grant Plan; Cooperation with Monitoring. Grantee shall, in good faith and with diligence, implement the Grant Plan on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Application Documents. Services provided pursuant to the Grant Plan shall not be interrupted by staff absences due to vacation, illness, etc, or by the absence of any other provider that Grantee has subcontracted with or otherwise secured to perform the service. In cases where the regular staff member or other provider is unavailable to provide the service, Grantee will arrange for a substitute to provide it, without any expectation of reimbursement for additional costs incurred, unless such costs are included in the itemized budget in Appendix B. Grantee shall not materially change the nature or scope of the Grant Plan during the term of this Agreement without the prior written consent of City. Grantee shall promptly comply with all standards, specifications and formats of City, as they may from time to time exist, related to evaluation, planning and monitoring of the Grant Plan and shall cooperate in good faith with City in any evaluation, planning or monitoring activities conducted or authorized by City.

Related to Implementation of Grant Plan; Cooperation with Monitoring

  • Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • COOPERATION IN IMPLEMENTATION On demand of the other Spouse and without undue delay or expense, each Spouse shall execute, acknowledge, or deliver any instrument, furnish any information, or perform any other acts reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. If a Spouse fails to execute any document as required by this provision, the court may appoint the court clerk or his or her authorized designee to execute the document on that Xxxxxx’s behalf.

  • Implementation and Management 1.1 Properly constituted Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Committees or, where there is no OH&S Committee, Site Safety Supervisors/Safety Officers in conjunction with worker representatives, are the appropriate bodies to implement and administer alcohol and drug policy/programs (* see below).

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Modification of Services Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.

  • Transition of Services Upon request by the State prior to expiration or earlier termination of this Contract or any Services provided in this Contract, Contractor shall provide reasonable and necessary assistance to accomplish a complete transition of the Services from Contractor to the State or any replacement provider designated solely by the State without any interruption of or adverse impact on the Services. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the State or any successor provider and shall promptly take all steps required to assist in effecting a complete transition of the Services designated by the State. All services related to such transition shall be performed at no additional cost beyond what would be paid for the Services in this Contract.
