Implementation of Grant Plan; Cooperation with Monitoring. Grantee shall diligently and in good faith implement the Grant Plan on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and, to the extent that they do not differ from this Agreement, the Application Documents. Grantee shall not materially change the nature or scope of the Grant Plan during the term of this Agreement without the prior written consent of City. Grantee shall promptly comply with all standards, specifications and formats of City, as they may from time to time exist, related to evaluation, planning and monitoring of the Grant Plan and shall cooperate in good faith with City in any evaluation, planning or monitoring activities conducted or authorized by City.
Implementation of Grant Plan; Cooperation with Monitoring. Grantee shall, in good faith and with diligence, implement the Grant Plan on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Application Documents. Services provided pursuant to the Grant Plan shall not be interrupted by staff absences due to vacation, illness, etc, or by the absence of any other provider that Grantee has subcontracted with or otherwise secured to perform the service. In cases where the regular staff member or other provider is unavailable to provide the service, Grantee will arrange for a substitute to provide it, without any expectation of reimbursement for additional costs incurred, unless such costs are included in the itemized budget in Appendix B.
