Implementation of Redeployment and Retrenchment. Where, following completion of the processes referred to in clause 29.4, an employee does not hold a position in the new structure or elsewhere within the University, the Director, Human Resources, will write to the employee and advise that the redeployment and retrenchment provisions of subclause 29.6 will apply, subject to subclause 29.8 below.

Implementation of Redeployment and Retrenchment. Where, following completion of the processes referred to in subclause 30.4, an affected Employee does not hold a position in the new structure or elsewhere within UNSW, UNSW will write to the affected Employee and advise them that the redeployment and retrenchment provisions of subclause 30.7 apply, subject to subclause 30.9 below. Such correspondence will serve as notice of retrenchment, subject to the relevant provisions of subclause 30.7.

  • Redeployment and Redundancy 2.14.1 The parties acknowledge that the Public Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (PSMA) and the Public Sector Management (Redeployment and Redundancy) Regulations 2014 (Regulations) provide the legislative framework for redeployment and redundancy for all Employees covered by this Agreement. If the provisions of this Agreement and the Regulations are inconsistent, the provision of the Regulations shall prevail.

  • Termination of Therapy Therapist reserves the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, untimely payment of fees, failure to comply with treatment recommendations, conflicts of interest, failure to participate in therapy, Patient needs are outside of Therapist’s scope of competence or practice, or Patient is not making adequate progress in therapy. Patient has the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Upon either party’s decision to terminate therapy, Therapist will generally recommend that Patient participate in at least one, or possibly more, termination sessions. These sessions are intended to facilitate a positive termination experience and give both parties an opportunity to reflect on the work that has been done.   • LAYOFFS AND RECALLS 17.01 Both parties recognize that job security should increase in proportion to length of service. Therefore, in the event of a layoff, employees shall be laid off in the reverse order of seniority. Employees shall be recalled in order of their seniority providing they are qualified to do the work.
