Implementation of Resolution. The mediator shall notify the Parties whether the grievance has been resolved and, if resolved, will include a schedule for implementation. If the resolution requires some action by the Xxxx or Xxxxxxx in order to implement the resolution, the Xxxx or Xxxxxxx must be a party to the mediation. If implementation does not begin within the time period stated in the mediation resolution, the Grievant shall have ten (10) days following that period to file a request for a Grievance Panel hearing.
