Common use of Implementation of Services Clause in Contracts

Implementation of Services. 2.6.1 If the Company, during the term of the Framework Agreement, has a requirement for the provision of particular Relevant DS3 System Services (the specifications of which services are set out in Schedule 2, Schedule 3 and Schedule 4), and where a Service Provider has made such services available in accordance with this Framework Agreement, the Company may require the immediate implementation of any or all Relevant DS3 System Services made available by a Service Provider and require a Service Provider to provide those services.

Implementation of Services. 2.6.1 If the Company, during the term of the Framework Agreement, has a requirement for the provision of particular Relevant DS3 System Services (the specifications of which services are set out in Schedule 2, Schedule 3 and Schedule 4), and where a Service Provider has made procured that such services are made available in accordance with this Framework Agreement, the Company may require the immediate implementation of any or all Relevant DS3 System Services made available by a Service Provider and require a Service Provider to procure that the Providing Unit Operator provide those servicesservices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
