Collection Hours and Schedules. 2276 A. Hours of Collection 2277 1. Residential. Residential Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, and 2278 Organic Materials (including all such services provided to SFD and Multi-Family 2279 Dwelling Premises) shall be Collected on weekdays (i.e., Monday through 2280 Friday) between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. exclusive of Holidays defined in 2281 Attachment A for Collection service.

Collection Hours and Schedules. 2232 A. Hours of Collection 2233 1. Residential. Residential Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, and 2234 Organic Materials (including all such services provided to SFD and Multi-Family 2235 Dwelling Premises) shall be Collected on weekdays (i.e., Monday through 2236 Friday) between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. exclusive of Holidays defined in 2237 Attachment A for Collection service. 2238 2. Commercial, Mixed Use, and Agency Facilities. Commercial, Mixed Use, and 2239 Agency Facilities Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, and Organic 2240 Materials shall be Collected on weekdays (i.e., Monday through Friday) between 2241 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and weekends (i.e., Saturday and Sunday) between 2242 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., exclusive of Holidays specified in Attachment A for 2243 Collection service. The Agency may restrict or require modifications to hours for 2244 Collection from Commercial Premises, Mixed Use Buildings, and Agency 2245 Facilities to resolve noise Complaints, and, in such case, the Agency Manager 2246 may restrict the allowable operating hours. 2247 3. Commercial, Mixed Use, and Agency Facilities Exception. Collection from 2248 Commercial Premises, Mixed Use Buildings, and Agency Facilities that are two- 2249 hundred (200) feet or less from Residential Premises shall only occur between 2250 the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday and all such 2251 operations shall be in accordance with permissions provided to Contractor by 2252 Agency. The Agency may restrict or require modifications to hours for Collection 2253 from Commercial Premises, Mixed Use Buildings, and Agency Facilities to 2254 resolve noise Complaints, and, in such case, the Agency Manager may restrict 2255 the allowable operating hours.

  • Exhibits and Schedules The exhibits and schedules attached to this Agreement are incorporated herein and shall be considered a part of this Agreement for the purposes stated herein.

  • Clauses and Schedules Any reference in this Agreement to a Clause or a sub-clause or a Schedule is, unless otherwise stated, to a clause or a sub-clause hereof or a schedule hereto.

  • Weekend Scheduling It is the policy of the Employer to schedule those nurses who so desire every other weekend off, with the exception of those nurses who have signed an authorization to work consecutive weekends. Nurses who have volunteered to work consecutive weekends may withdraw such authorization upon two (2) weeks’ written notice prior to the date a new schedule must be posted.

  • Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:

  • Dispatch and Scheduling 4.3.1 The Power Producer shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable Regulations / Requirements / Guidelines of CERC / GERC / SLDC / RLDC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by SLDC / RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.

  • NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE The CONSULTANT shall begin the work to be performed under this Contract only upon receipt of the written notice to proceed from the LPA, and shall deliver the work to the LPA in accordance with the schedule contained in Appendix "C" which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.

  • Priority of agreements, clauses and schedules 1.4.1 This Agreement, and all other agreements and documents forming part of or referred to in this Agreement are to be taken as mutually explanatory and, unless otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the priority of this Agreement and other documents and agreements forming part hereof or referred to herein shall, in the event of any conflict between them, be in the following order:

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.
