ACH Services. When requested by Merchant, Processor will also provide ACH processing services at the rates specified in Schedule A. Merchant agrees that information supplied in this application may be used to establish a separate ACH account. Merchant agrees that Bank and Processor will deduct processing fees from the Operating Account or Reserve Account on a daily basis unless a monthly basis is specified on Schedule A. Merchant also agrees to pay Bank or Processor the amount of any fees, charges or penalties assessed against Bank or Processor. Merchant agrees to abide by all National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) rules and regulations governing ACH processing and use of their network
ACH Services. (Automated Clearing House). You may initiate or receive credit or debits to your account through ACH transfer. You agree that if we receive funds by ACH transfer we are not required to notify you at the time the funds are received. Instead, the transfer will be shown on your period statement. We may provisionally credit your account for an ACH transfer before we receive final settlement. We may reverse the provisional credit or you will refund us the amount if we do not receive the final settlement.
ACH Services. 1. M&I shall act as Customer's agent for initiating and transmitting ACH Entries to the appropriate ACH Operator. In addition, M&I shall act as Customer's agent for receiving ACH Entries from an ACH Operator. For all ACH Entries initiated by M&I pursuant to this Agreement, Customer, and not M&I, shall be the ODFI when M&I receives payment instructions directed to Customer's routing number from an Originator, or the RDFI when M&I receives ACH Entries directed to Customer's routing number from an ACH Operator.
ACH Services. Company wishes to initiate electronic file and/or external fund transfer Entries, pursuant to this Agreement and any attachments, exhibits, schedules and/or amendments hereinto attached, through Bank for deposit (“Credit”) and/or payment (“Debit”) of money to and from the accounts of Company maintained at Bank and at other Receiving Depository Financial Institutions (“RDFI”) by means of the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”). The Company will comply with the Operating Rules of NACHA and any other applicable local ACH Association rules (the “Rules”), and Bank is willing to act as an Originating Depository Financial Institution (“ODFI”) with respect to such Entries.
ACH Services. In providing ACH services for Customer, Metavante acts as Customers third-party service provider and is not itself an “Originator,” “ODFI” or “RDFI” (as defined under National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”) rules). Customer shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding Customers use of and/or access to the ACH services, including applicable rules and regulations of NACHA. In particular and as applicable, Customer will provide End Users with all disclosures required under state and federal law. Customer shall Indemnify Metavante from, defend Metavante against, and hold Metavante harmless from any and all loss, claim, or liability to any Third Party from Customers breach of the foregoing obligations. Upon notification from Customer of the occurrence of an error or omission with respect to an ACH entry, Metavante shall promptly furnish corrected ACH entry(ies) to the applicable ACH operator, unless the NACHA rules prohibit the processing of the correct ACH entry(ies). Metavante’s liability to Customer for claims arising out of the ACH services performed by Metavante pursuant to this Agreement shall be limited to the processing of appropriate corrected ACH entry(ies).
ACH Services. The Administrative Agent shall provide ACH Transactions on behalf of the Borrower pursuant to the Bank's customary Treasury Management Agreements as may be applicable.
ACH Services. Review cards for accuracy and completeness and identifying cards with incomplete information · Mail cure letter to Shareholders with incomplete cards · Identify cards received after the cut-off date · Code accounts for ACH and performing pre-note test · Identify rejected ACH transmissions mail dividend check and explanation letter to Shareholders with rejected transmissions · Respond to Shareholder inquiries concerning the ACH Program · Code cards received after cut-off date · Calculate on a quarterly basis the Share breakdown for ACH vs. other dividend payments and notifying the Fund of funding amount for ACH transmissions and other payable date funds · Credit ACH designated bank accounts automatically on dividend payable date · Maintenance of ACH participant file, including coding new ACH accounts · Process termination requests · Keep adequate records including retention of authorization cards Dividend Reinvestment Services · Invest dividends and optional cash purchases per the plan document · Process DTC monthly reinvestments at $250.00 per investment, per fund · Coordinate the mailings statement to Plan participants · Process sale, termination and withdrawal requests · Supply summary reports for each reinvestment/investment · Provide certificate safekeeping · Coordinate the mailing of Form 1099 to participants, including DRP participants and related filings with the IRS Note: Depository Wire charges required to fund dividend payments will be billed to the Fund
ACH Services. Subject to the completion of all required set-up and implementation testing, Bank will provide you the electronic payment services (collectively the "ACH Services" and individually an "ACH Service") selected by you under the Set-Up Form, beginning on the commencement date specified on the Set-Up Form. Bank may discontinue any ACH Service upon 30 days' prior written notice to you. If all ACH Services are discontinued, the terms of this Section 28 will terminate automatically. Bank may add, delete or change the features or functions of any ACH Service at any time in Bank’s sole discretion.
ACH Services. We may make automated clearinghouse (“ACH”) services available to you from time to time. You agree to be bound by automated clearing house association rules. These rules provide, among other things, that payments made to you, or originated by you, are provisional until final settlement is made through a Federal Reserve Bank or payment is otherwise made as provided in Article 4A-403(a) of the Uniform Commercial Code. If we do not receive such, we are entitled to a refund from you in the amount credited to your account and the party originating such payment will not be considered to have paid the amount so credited. If we received a credit to an account you have with us by wire or ACH, we are not required to give you any notice of the payment order or credit.
ACH Services. The ACH network is a funds transfer system which provides for the interbank clearing of electronic credit and debit Entries for participating financial institutions. The ACH system is governed by the National Automated Clearing House Association’s (“NACHA”) Operating Rules and Operating Guidelines (collectively the “NACHA Rules”).
