The BLOODSA implementation support team work closely with participating consortium partners ensuring project outcomes meet the established success criteria, while maximising the investment, resources, and training.

The session(s) must include the following: a) One session shall include content on harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and patient centered care. b) One session shall include content on methadone initiation in critical and/or complex patients. c) Sessions are only open to HCA Program Site clinical leads and champions and the Psychiatry Consultation Lines staff psychiatrists. Additional participants may be invited only at the discretion of HCA. d) Each session shall be approximately sixty (60) minutes in length, and should include didactic content followed by Q and A. e) Sessions are to be recorded, and the recordings shall be submitted to HCA at the completion of each session. 2.4.3. A list of implementation technical assistance session and clinical education session dates, times, content titles, and meeting or registration links shall be submitted to HCA by December 20th, 2024. 2.4.4. Develop clinician education material and patient education material that provides an overview of rapid methadone initiation for both pregnant and non-pregnant patients. The educational materials shall meet the following criteria: a) A maximum word count of six hundred (600) words if the content should be put into brochure format, or nine hundred (900) words if the content should be put into a double sided single sheet, and include any required charts or graphics. b) The Contractor does not need to submit documents that have been through formal graphic design.

As a result, one of the assisted processors (ASAS Dairy) established new relationships with 35 micro-retail shop owners in Dar es Salaam who have since started ordering products by themselves from ASAS main agents located in Dar es Salaam. Volume of sales as a result of the new BoP market linkage to be established in the next reporting period. Besides the linkage. Tanzania supported 3 processors to develop marketing strategies with the aim of reaching the BoP market, namely: The program provided technical assistance to Shambani Milk on the shelf life extension for fresh pasteurized milk as one of their initiatives to reach niche BoP markets. Currently, Shambani is in the process of developing a new product (flavored fresh pasteurized milk to be packed in 200mls bottles) targeting school-going children.
