The Design Professional will depict upon the Site Plan its initial recommendations as to elements of the erosion, sedimentation, and pollution control plan, specifying his recommended design of BMPs for the Project, including stormwater management facilities, and other like matters. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to review the design of the BMPs and submit any changes to the plan, including the Contractor’s desired use of entrances to the Site, Contractor’s trailer(s) location, laydown areas and other similar matters affecting the design and implementation of the BMPs. The Design Professional and Contractor shall arrive at a final sealed Site Plan for submission to the permitting officials that enables the land disturbance permitting of the Project. The Design Professional and Contractor shall resolve with the local permitting official any deficiencies by the end of the Pre-commencement period.
