Import or Export Sample Clauses

Import or Export. Customer shall not export, import or transfer for the purpose of re-export, the updates or upgrades of the Software, the Corrections, the results of Services or the Documentation that are provided to Customer based on the Agreement in violation of any regulation, treaty, executive order, import ban, law, statute, amendment or supplement thereto. It is the responsibility of Customer, at Customer’s expense, to obtain all approvals and consents required for any export, import or re-export.
