Improperly Filed Claims. All Claims you bring against us must be resolved in accordance with these Terms of Use. All Claims filed or brought contrary to these Terms of Use shall be considered improperly filed and void. Should you file a Claim contrary to these Terms of Use, we may recover attorneys’ fees and costs up to $1,000, provided that we have notified you in writing of the improperly filed Claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the Claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against GolfStatus must be resolved in accordance with this Legal Disputes Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to Section 8.2 shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to Section 8.2, GolfStatus shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and costs up to $1000, provided that GolfStatus has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All Claims you bring against XXXXXX.xxx must be resolved in accordance with this Dispute Resolution Section. All Claims filed or brought contrary to this Dispute Resolution Section shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a Claim contrary to this Dispute Resolution Section, XXXXXX.xxx may recover attorneys' fees and costs of up to one thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000.00 USD), provided that XXXXXX.xxx has notified you in writing of the improperly filed Claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the Claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against Artez must be resolved in accordance with this Dispute Resolution Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to Section 7.2 shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to Section 7.2, Artez shall be entitled to recover attorneys' fees and reasonable out-of- pocket costs, provided that Artez has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against Xxxxx must be resolved in accordance with this Dispute Resolution Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to the Dispute Resolution Section shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to the Dispute Resolution Section, Xxxxx may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, provided that Xxxxx has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.

Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against Xxxxxxx must be resolved in accordance with this Section 16.3. Should either party file a claim contrary to this Section 16.3, the other party may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to one thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000.00 USD), provided that such party seeking such fees has notified the other in writing of the improperly filed claim, and the other has failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. All claims you bring against KSB must be resolved in accordance with this Legal Disputes Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to Section 8.2 shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to Section 8.2, KSB shall be entitled to recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $1000, provided that KSB has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
Improperly Filed Claims. In certain instances, the claimant will be notified of the proper procedures to follow if the claimant failed to follow proper procedures in requesting pre-authorization or other Pre- Service claim. The claimant will be notified if someone who customarily handles matters for the Fund received an improperly filed communication that names a participant or dependent, a specific medical condition or symptom and a specific treatment, service or product for which approval is requested. Notification will be provided within 5 days or within 24 hours if the communication constitutes an Urgent Care claim.
