IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE. 40.01 The Parties agree that within thirty (30) days after the effective day of this Agreement they shall implement and put in place a joint committee named the Productivity & Workmanship Improvement Committee (Committee).

IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE. CONTRACTOR must have a formal quality improvement committee that meets the requirements of 11 T.A.C. Section 11.1903.
IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE. 2.01 There is hereby created the Crested Butte South Improvement Committee, which shall be the Company until such time as 100 of the lots in Crested Butte South have been deeded to their owners, at which time the Company shall appoint four of said purchasers to serve on the Committee with the Company, two of which shall serve for one year, and the balance for two years. Thereafter the four other members of said Committee shall be elected by all the landowners in Crested Butte South for two-year terms, and when 80% of all lots in Crested Butte South are deeded to their owners, the Company shall resign from the Committee and thereafter the Committee shall consist of five persons.

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:

  • Operating Committee the Consortium’s managing body, composed of representatives of the Manager and the Contractors, pursuant to Annex XI.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • Joint Steering Committee [***] following the Effective Date [***], a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) will be established by the Parties to provide oversight and to facilitate information sharing between the Parties with respect to the activities under this Agreement.
