Common use of Improvement Plan Report Clause in Contracts

Improvement Plan Report. When a teacher receives at least one “Needs Improvement” on the Observation Form, the teacher may be placed on an improvement plan. The teacher and the administrator will develop a plan in a collaborative manner to make the necessary improvements. Teachers placed on an improvement plan will be observed/evaluated as teachers new to the district. Areas that need improvement will be documented on the Improvement Plan Report (Attachment 15).
