Improvements to System. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any and all improvements to the System developed by Franchisee (including any and all Plans), Company or other franchisees, shall be and become the sole and absolute property of Company, and Company may incorporate the same into the System and shall have the sole and exclusive right to copyright, register and protect such improvements in Company's own name to the exclusion of Franchisee. Franchisee's rights and obligations toward the use of such improvements shall be limited to its rights and obligations regarding Confidential Information as provided for in ARTICLE VII, herein. 1.04
