Common use of IN HUMAN SUBJECTS Clause in Contracts

IN HUMAN SUBJECTS. The RECIPIENT and PI agree to assume the cost of shipping biological and/or environmental samples by providing a FedEx® (or other carrier) shipping account number, or by making arrangements for prepaid shipments. The RECIPIENT will confirm that the carrier is certified to ship dangerous goods (biohazardous material and dry ice) and can pick up shipments from the NCS Repository. No shipments will be made until the proposed shipping arrangements are accepted by the NCS Repository.
