IN PAY. An employee who has completed their regular shift and left the Company premises and who is called back to perform work shall be paid after leaving her or his workplace upon completing his or her regular shift, will receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at straight time rates or actual hours worked at time and one one-half (1 and be paid double time for all hours her or his regular rate of pay, whichever is the greater. It is understood that this provision shall not apply in excess the case of four (4) hoursan employee who is required to work immediately prior to the commencement of her or his regular shift.

IN PAY. An employee who has completed their regular shift and left the Company premises and who is called back in to perform work outside of his regular scheduled hours shall be paid at the of time and one-half his regular rate for all work performed with a minimum of four (4) hours pay at his regular straight time hourly rate, except to that this four hour period overlaps and extends into his shift, in which case, the employee shall receive the greater of 4 hours or time and one one-half (1 to the regular starting time of the shift: and from that time will be paid double time for all hours in excess of four (4) regular pay during the regular hours.

IN PAY. An employee who has completed their regular is called in to work after completing his scheduled day or shift and having left the Company premises and who is called back to perform work shall company premises, will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at time and one half (1 and his regular rate or for the hours actually worked at the applicable overtime rate, whichever is greater. However, if the call in falls on a Sunday, the employee will be paid double the hours worked at the applicable premium rate and the remaining hours to make up four hours at straight time for all hours in excess of four (4) hoursrate.
