IN S U R A N C E. A. The Employer will pay the premium on the basic $2000 of Group Life and the $2000 of Group Accidental Death and Dis­ memberment Insurance Coverage with the Prudential Life Insurance Company that is carried by regular employees.

IN S U R A N C E. During the term of this Agreement, Customer will obtain and maintain insurance, including but not limited to comprehensive general liability, with reputable insurance carriers and in amounts and coverage customary for its business, and will provide copies of such insurances policies upon Cleanslate’s request.
IN S U R A N C E a) The exhibitor shall obtain and maintain at its own expense during the period commencing on the first move-in date and terminating on the last move-out date, a policy of insurance acceptable to AMP Expos. The policy of insurance shall name AMP Expos and the facility in which the event is held as loss-insureds and shall insure the exhibitor against all claims of any kind arising from or in any way connected with the exhibitor's presence or operations at the event. Policy shall provide coverage of at least $1,000,000 for each separate occurrence. At the request of AMP Expos the exhibitor shall provide AMP Expos with a copy of such policy TWO WEEKS prior to move-in.

The Employer shall contribute in be­ half of each employee who has completed his probationary period the amount shown below to the Amalgamated Food Employees Union Local 590, AFL-CIO and Subscrib­ ing Employer’s Welfare Trust Fund.   • Reallocation to a Class with a Higher Salary Range Maximum Upon appointment to the higher class, the employee’s base salary will be increased to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step, or to the entry step of the new range, whichever is higher.
