In-term Bargaining Council. An In-term Bargaining Unit (IBC) shall be established if the need arises. The IBC shall consist of six (6) members; three (3) members appointed by the College including at least one representative from Academic Affairs and one representative from Human Resources, and three (3) members appointed by the Association. The IBC will be established without delay after the effective date of this contract.
