Union Bargaining Committees. A Union bargaining committee shall consist of up to three (3) members of the bargaining unit plus the President of the Union, or his/her designate, with the right to use one (1) technical person as outlined in Clause 2.10(b)(i) of this Agreement.

Union Bargaining Committees. ‌ A union bargaining committee shall consist of employees who are representatives of the Union together with the President of the Union or designate.
