IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT. (i) If, for whatever reason during the Hire Period, the Vehicle is damaged and it is subject to the Insurance Policy then you must comply with the requirements of clause 4.10(d) and supply photographs as to the extent of the damage. If we take up this option then you will be required to pay our Engineer’s Charge as detailed in the Tariff Guide. (iii) If the Vehicle is deemed by your Insurer to be a Total Loss then you must notify us as soon as is reasonably practicable.
