INCIDENTS REQUIRING REPORTING PROCEDURE. 6.25.1. All safeguarding incidents should be reported immediately to the authority under which the care was provided i.e. the Local Authority from which the kit was ordered. In participating in the framework, Customers may acquaint the Provider with their own safeguarding protocols and requirements, with which the Provider must act in accordance. A quarterly report of the number and type of safeguarding incidents along with information on status and resolution will be provided to each Customer and to PHE.
