Common use of Incidents Clause in Contracts

Incidents. 100.7 The Provider must notify the Department as soon as possible, and at the latest within 24 hours, of any incident relating to any Activity, including: any accident, injury or death occurring during, or as a result of, the specified activities, including in relation to a Participant or a member of the public; any incident which relates to a work, health and safety issue; and any incident that may negatively impact upon the Disability Employment Services or bring the activities into disrepute.
