Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives. The Employer and the Association are committed to a workplace that is inclusive, free of discrimination, values diversity and is representative of the people of Nova Scotia. The Employer and the Association agree to meet semi-annually to identify initiatives that support equity of opportunity, reasonable accommodations and diversity in the workplace.
