Incolink, Income Protection Insurance & Accident Pay. (b) During the life of this Agreement, the company will remain a participating employer in the Redundancy Payment Central Fund Ltd (Incolink). Accordingly, the company will ensure that all employees will be enrolled in the Fund and be entitled to redundancy benefits in accordance with its terms.
