Incoming Inspection Clause Samples

The Incoming Inspection clause establishes the buyer's right to examine and verify the quality and conformity of goods or materials upon their arrival. Typically, this clause allows the buyer a specified period to inspect deliveries for defects, damage, or non-compliance with agreed specifications, and to notify the seller if any issues are found. Its core practical function is to ensure that the buyer receives products that meet contractual standards, thereby reducing the risk of accepting substandard or nonconforming goods.
