Common use of Incoming Inspection Clause in Contracts

Incoming Inspection. Products supplied to Buyer shall be subject to inspection using Buyer’s incoming inspection procedures. Buyer may utilize test reports, outside laboratory testing, specifications, and dimensional verification as appropriate. All appropriate paperwork, i.e., test reports, packing lists and statistical data as required, must accompany each shipment and must be present at delivery. Defective Products may be returned to Seller. Buyer shall not be required to submit suspect material to 100% inspection.
