Inconsistent Agreement Provisions. A team member may work part-time under this clause irrespective of any other provision of this Agreement which limits or restricts the circumstances in which part-time employment may be worked or the terms upon which it may be worked including provisions prescribing a minimum or maximum number of hours a part-time team member can work.
