Increases to Compensation Rates. Year 1: Effective Fall Term 2016, all members of the bargaining unit employed as Adjunct faculty or Emeritus faculty and continuing from academic year 2015-16 at a rate higher than $858 per credit hour will receive a per credit increase of $9. Members will receive the greater of either the per-credit increase of $9 or an increase to the new minimum. Effective September 16, 2016 all members of the bargaining unit employed as Research Assistants and Research Associates at hourly rates higher than $20.18 and $21.76 respectively will receive an increase in their hourly rate of .20 and .22 respectively. Members will receive the greater of either the hourly rate increase for their rank or an increase to the new minimum for their rank. Year 2: Effective Fall Term 2017, all members of the bargaining unit employed as Adjunct faculty or Emeritus faculty and continuing from academic year 2016-17 at a rate higher than $892 per credit hour will receive a per credit increase of $9. Effective September 16, 2017 all members of the bargaining unit employed as Research Assistants and Research Associates and continuing from academic year 2016-17 at hourly rates higher than $20.99 and $22.63 respectively will receive an increase in their hourly rate of .21 and .23 respectively. Effective January 1, 2014, all members of the bargaining unit employed as Research Assistants and Research Associates at hourly rates higher than $19.02 and $20.51 respectively will receive an increase in their hourly rate of .20. Year 2: Effective Winter Term 2015, all members of the bargaining unit employed as Lecturers, Adjunct faculty, or Emeritus faculty and continuing from academic year 2013-14 at a rate higher than $833 per credit hour will receive a per credit increase of $8. Effective January 1, 2015, all members of the bargaining unit employed as Research Assistants and Research Associates and continuing from academic year 2013-14 at hourly rates higher than $19.59 and $21.13 respectively will receive an increase in their hourly rate of .20.

  • Additional Compensation Notwithstanding anything in this Memorandum of Understanding to the contrary when in the judgment of the Board, it becomes necessary or desirable to utilize the services of County employees in capacities other than those for which they are regularly employed, the Board may authorize and, if appropriate, fix an additional rate of compensation for such employees.

  • Salary Increases (a) The Employer agrees to pay the negotiated salary increases to every employee not later than the second month following the month in which this Agreement is signed and not later than the month following the month in which any subsequent salary increases become effective.

  • Basic Compensation An employee, at the employee's option, may report to court when subpoenaed or remain on call. If the employee elects to appear in court, the division supervisor must be notified, at the latest, one administrative day prior to the scheduled court appearance. If the employee wishes to remain on call, the employee must be able to appear in court not more than one hour after being notified that the employee's appearance is required in court. To appear in court more than an hour after having been notified will void the employee's right to on-call compensation. An employee need not remain at home, but must be available for telephonic notification at a location where the supervisor knows the employee can be reached.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • General Salary Increase 1. Effective with the start of the pay week commencing closest to September 1, 2013, employees shall be provided an across-the-board salary increase of one percent (1%). Salary schedules shall be increased accordingly.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Supplementation of Compensation Award Employees with accumulated sick leave to their credit shall turn over or cause to be turned over to the Board any monies paid or payable to them by the Workers’ Compensation Board and upon so doing will receive full pay up to the value of the accumulated sick leave. In such cases there will be a deduction from the accumulated sick leave of one-quarter (1/4) of the time the employee is absent where applicable by Workers’ Compensation Board regulations. If there is no credit of sick leave employees shall retain their Workers’ Compensation Board cheques.

  • Salary No salary will be paid to a Member for the performance of his or her duties under this Agreement unless the salary has been approved in writing by a Majority of the Members.

  • Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.
