Common use of Incremental Advancement Clause in Contracts

Incremental Advancement. B. 6.1 Advancement to the next increment within the appropriate Level will take place on the anniversary of a School Assistant’s first appointment or in the case of non-continuous service, after the completion of the equivalent of a School Year.
