Indemnification for Negligence or Misconduct. Employee shall save Employer harmless from and against and shall indemnify Employer for any liability, loss, costs, expenses or damages howsoever caused by reason of any injury (whether to body, property, or personal or business character or reputation) sustained by any person or to any person or to property by reason of any act, neglect, default or omission of Employee, and Employee shall pay any and all amounts to be paid or discharged in case of an action for any such damages or injuries. No provision of this section is intended to, nor shall any provision of this section, relieve Employer from Employer's own act, omission or negligence.
