Common use of Independent Assurance Testing Clause in Contracts

Independent Assurance Testing. County Materials Laboratory may perform occasional Independent Assurance Testing to evaluate the A- , and procedures both in the field and at the A- . Should A-E not be performing in accordance with those criteria or other criteria that may be established, their work will not be accepted or compensated; and, depending on the frequency and/or severity of the deficiency, services may be terminated by County.
