Index Benefit. After the date on which the Executive becomes eligible to receive payments under the Agreement, the Index Benefit for the Executive for any Plan Year shall be determined by subtracting the Opportunity Cost for that Plan Year from the earnings, if any, established by the Index.

Index Benefit. After the date on which the Employee becomes eligible ------------- to receive payments under the Plan, the Index Benefit for the Employee for any Plan Year shall be determined by subtracting the Opportunity Cost for that Plan Year from the annual earnings (if any) for that Plan year determined by the Index.
Index Benefit. After the date on which the Director becomes eligible to receive payments under the Agreement, the Index Benefit for the Director for any Plan Year shall be determined by subtracting the Opportunity Cost for that Plan Year from the earnings, if any, established by the Index.
