Common use of Individual Customers Clause in Contracts

Individual Customers. Each Customer shall be regarded for all purposes as a separate party apart from any other Customer and every reference to Customer shall be deemed a reference solely to the particular Customer to which a particular transaction under the Agreement relates. Under no circumstances shall the rights, obligations or remedies with respect to a particular Customer constitute a right, obligation or remedy applicable to any other Customer. The use of this single document to memorialize the separate agreement of each Customer is understood to be for clerical convenience only and shall not constitute any basis for joining Customers for any reason.
