In this scenario, the Contractor must submit updated electronic data [Insert Time Frame Here] to the eMarket Center for the Lead State’s approval to maintain the most up-to-date version of its product/service offering under the cooperative contract in the eMarket Center.

Hosted Catalog. By providing a hosted catalog, the Contractor is providing a list of its awarded products/services and pricing in an electronic data file in a format acceptable to JAGGAER, such as Tab Delimited Text files. In this scenario, the Contractor must submit updated electronic data no more than once per 30 days to the eMarket Center for the Lead State’s approval to maintain the most up-to-date version of its product/service offering under the cooperative contract in the eMarket Center.
Hosted Catalog i. The Contractor shall provide a list of its awarded Products and Services pricing via an electronic data file, in a format acceptable to JAGGAER. ii. In order to maintain the most up-to-date version of its Product offerings as approved with the Master Agreement, the Contractor must submit electronic data to the eMarket Center no more than four (4) times per calendar year. iii. Upon receipt of written request from the eMarket Center Site Administrator, the Contractor shall have fifteen (15) days to set up an enablement schedule with NASPO ValuePoint and JAGGAER. The schedule shall include future calls and milestone timeframes related to testing and go-live dates. iv. The Contractor shall have ninety (90) days from the receipt of written request, to provide the Hosted Catalog to NASPO ValuePoint. v. The Hosted Catalog must be strictly limited to the awarded Products and Services, and must contain the most current approved pricing, including applicable quantity discounts. vi. The catalog must include a Lead State Contract identification number and detailed Product line item descriptions. vii. The catalog must include any additional NASPO ValuePoint and Participating Addendum requirements. Although Suppliers in the SQSN normally submit one (1) catalog, it is possible to have multiple catalogs applicable to different NASPO ValuePoint Participating State or Entities if for example, the Participating State or Entity has incorporated an Administrative Fee into the Contract pricing, or a Participating State or Entity has determined that they will not allow all awarded Products and Services under their Participating Addendum. SciQuest will deliver the appropriate contract files to the user viewing the catalog.
Hosted Catalog. Contractor shall provide a list of its awarded products and services (including product name, descriptions, images, relevant specifications, keyword search terms, etc.) and pricing consistent with the Contract and in the electronic format provided by Periscope. The product and service list may only provide the awarded products and services at prices listed in the Contract, including quantity and other discounts. In order to maintain the most up-to-date version of the product and service list in compliance with Contract terms, Contractor must provide updated product and service pricing information via electronic format approved by Periscope at least annually but no more than four times per year or as otherwise permitted by the Contract.

  • Catalog Information about Hawthorn University is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. Hawthorn University reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in Hawthorn University, the student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing. You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.
