Individual exception. to the workday requires the approval of the principal and shall not be interpreted as precedent for future exception. On the days when bargaining unit members are scheduled to work, but pupils are not present, on days of an emergency release of pupils, or on shortened instructional days, the workday shall be the same as the regular teaching day unless otherwise noted by the terms of this Agreement.
