Individual, Group, Policy, or Union Grievances. a) Failing settlement at the Informal Discussion, the Union may lodge a formal grievance with the Associate Executive Director (Administration & Finance) within 10 days of the date on which the events giving rise to the grievance occurred, or within 10 days of the date upon which the grievor knew of the events giving rise to the grievance, whichever is later.
