Individual Harassment. Individual Harassment shall be defined as any offensive conduct or improper behaviour that demeans and/or causes embarrassment, by an individual directed at, or offensive to, another individual and that a reasonable person ought to have known would be unwelcome, and/or where such actions have the effect of creating an intimidating, humiliating, hostile or offensive work environment.
