Individual Grievance Subject to clause 19.5 and as provided in section 208 of the PSLRA, an employee is entitled to present a grievance in the manner prescribed in clause 19.10 if the employee feels aggrieved (a) by the interpretation or application in respect of the employee, of (i) a provision of a statute or regulation, or a by-law, direction or other instrument made or issued by the Council, dealing with terms and conditions of employment; or (ii) a provision of a collective agreement or an arbitral award; or (b) as a result of any other occurrence or matter affecting the employee’s terms and conditions of employment.
Academic Year Academic Year is defined as beginning with the start of fall semester and ending with the completion of spring semester.

Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards. Cultural cooperation 1. The aims of cultural cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for cultural cooperation; and (b) to promote information and cultural exchanges between the Parties. 2. The Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) dialogue on cultural policies and promotion of local culture; (b) exchange of cultural events and promote awareness of artistic works; (c) exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of national heritage; (d) exchange of experience on management for the arts; (e) protecting archaeological monuments and cultural heritage; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' culture authorities; and (g) cooperation in the audio-visual field, mainly coproduction and training programs in this sector and means of communication, including training, development and distribution activities.
Individual Negotiation This Agreement and each Transaction hereunder is subject to individual negotiation by the parties.
Pool Insurance Compliance Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Servicer shall at all times comply with all applicable Pool Insurance policy requirements so as to assure the full benefit of such Pool Insurance policy to the Trustee.
OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.
Cultural Leave Where such leave is approved by the employer, teachers participating in recognised cultural activities within New Zealand or outside New Zealand are entitled to leave with pay on the same conditions as for sports leave.
