Individual Professional Development Account (IPDA) Program. (a) The University and the Association support continuing professional development for members in teaching, scholarship, service and other job-related professional development opportunities. Members are encouraged to participate in activities that enhance their professional development. To that end, Individual Professional Development Accounts (IPDAs) shall be maintained and funded as provided in this Section.
