Career Mobility. (a) The University supports mobility of its employees within the University as part of providing employees with varied experiences and opportunities for growth. Academic Professionals are encouraged to consider and pursue other job opportunities within the University when interested in doing so. Academic Professionals are encouraged to pursue informal dialogue with other departments to learn about such opportunities. In all cases, it is the employee's responsibility to make proper application for an available position.

Career Mobility. (1) Article 11, Sec. 5 to be modified to provide for a six month promotional or lateral transfer workingtest period, with theemployee and supervisiontohave a discussion prior to the six months so that employee may be returned to his/her prior position having the benefit of supervisory input as to performance in the new position, and/or they may consider alternative placement. For this purpose a transfer between "parentheticals" shall be considered a lateral transfer. Bumping rights in such situations shall remain in the original position until successful completion of the working test period.
Career Mobility. The parties agree that they will mutually work to determine ways to enhance career mobility. The Corporation will post all Corporation job announcements on the Canal Corporation website.

  • Enhanced Services The State encourages the Contractor to cover programs that enhance the general health and well-being of its Hoosier Healthwise members, including programs that address preventive health, risk factors or personal responsibility. These enhanced programs and services are above and beyond those covered in the Hoosier Healthwise program. In addition, all enhanced services shall comply with the member incentives guidelines set forth in Section 6.2.2 and other relevant state and federal rules regarding inducements.
