Individual qualifications. 3.1 Except as prohibited by applicable Laws, before an Individual becomes an Amazon Contractor, Manufacturer shall ensure that the Individual (A) is 18 years of age or older, (B) is able to meet the physical demands of the Services, including, if applicable, with reasonable accommodations, (C) has a high school diploma or equivalency, and (D) can read and write English sufficiently to perform the tasks associated with the Services to be provided by the Individual.
