Common use of Individual Retirement Annuities Clause in Contracts

Individual Retirement Annuities. Benefits shall be made available on a voluntary basis to eligible Faculty Members, as provided in Section 5-264 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, whereby under certain conditions the Board may enter into an agreement involving purchase of an individual retirement annuity contract that will qualify for income tax benefits.
