Individual Revenue Goals- Quarter. 1. Each marketing consultant and sales representative shall also have a total revenue goal for each quarter. These quarterly goals will be the combination of the three corresponding period goals. One hundred percent (100%) of a marketing consultant and sales representative’s total quarterly revenue goal shall be the “threshold” for their quarterly total revenue goal.

Individual Revenue Goals- Quarter. Each account manager shall also have total revenue and an internet goal for each quarter. These quarterly goals will be the com- bination of the three corresponding period goals. One hundred percent (100%) of an account manager’s total quarterly revenue goal shall be his or her “threshold” for their quarterly total revenue goal. One hundred per- cent (100%) of an account manager’s quarterly internet goal shall be his or her “threshold” for their quarterly internet goal. It is understood that the quarterly internet goal is imbedded within the total quarterly revenue goal. An employee must meet or exceed their total revenue quarterly goal to be eligible for corresponding quarterly internet commission payment. Each quarter, an account manager shall receive commission, when the per- cent achieved reaches or exceeds threshold in accordance with the 2010 commission schedule. This calculation is based upon the employee’s net revenue achievement.

  • Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).
