For fiscal 2017, the 2017 performance target for was based on 50% of the Company’s achievement of the Revenue Goal of $30.3 million, and 50% of the Company’s achievement of the adjusted EBITDA loss goal of ($2.4) million, as established by the Compensation Committee and approved by the Board.
