Quarterly Revenue definition

Quarterly Revenue means the Quarterly Turnover less:
Quarterly Revenue means with respect to any fiscal quarter, the total revenue earned by Informix and its consolidated Subsidiaries during such fiscal quarter minus the Restated Revenue.
