SATISFACTION SURVEYS In order to assess the level of performance of the Supplier, the Customer may undertake satisfaction surveys in respect of the Supplier's provision of the Services. The Customer shall be entitled to notify the Supplier of any aspects of their performance of the provision of the Services which the responses to the Satisfaction Surveys reasonably suggest are not in accordance with this Call Off Contract. PERSONAL SATISFACTION AS A CONDITION PRECEDENT The obligations of County as provided in this Agreement are expressly conditioned upon Contractor’s compliance with the provisions of this Agreement to the personal satisfaction of the County. County shall determine compliance in good faith as a reasonable person would under the circumstances.
Recertification Upon expiration of the time period which the health care provider originally estimated that the employee needed for his/her own serious health condition, the City may require the employee to obtain recertification if additional leave is requested.
Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
SATISFACTION WITH PERSONNEL If at any time Licensee or SAP is dissatisfied with the material performance of a Consultant or a Licensee project team member, the dissatisfied party shall promptly report such dissatisfaction to the other party in writing and may request a replacement. The other party will use its reasonable discretion in accomplishing any such change (which also, in the case of SAP, shall be subject to staffing availability).
HHSC SPECIAL CONDITIONS The terms and conditions of these Special Conditions are incorporated into and made a part of the Contract.
