DOJ Settlement Agreement definition

DOJ Settlement Agreement means that certain Settlement Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2013, among the Borrower, certain of its Affiliates and the United States of America, acting through the United States Department of Justice and on behalf of the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services.
