INDUSTRY AND TRAINING FEES. 15.01 The employer shall contribute twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour worked into a NDT Industry Training and Upgrading Fund which shall be a trusteed fund with an equal number of trustees appointed by the NDTMA and appointed by the Council.
