See Appendices. (a) If an employee who has completed an eight (8) hour or longer normal shift, is required by the Employer or customer to return to work before an eight (8) hour break occurs the employee will be paid their applicable overtime rate, for the next shift or until they have received an eight (8) hour break. (b) No employee shall be required to work two (2) full straight time shifts in the same twenty-four (24) hour period.

See Appendices. The parties will meet commencing no later than Nov.1, 2009 to negotiate a National NDT Industry Training Fund in accordance with the following principles: a) The cost shall not exceed the training fund costs provided in the regional appendices as of April 30, 2009 excluding the temporary increase in the Atlantic Region. b) Jointly trusteed by not more than 4 trustees representing each of the QCCC and NDTMA and subject to an acceptable Trust Agreement. c) Commencing May 1, 2009, contributions to the existing regional training funds shall be diverted to separate regional accounts, to be held in trust by the existing trustees pending agreement on the Fund. d) Training costs shall continue to be paid by regional funds until the National NDT Industry Training Fund is agreed. In the event that existing regional training funds are exhausted before agreement on the national fund is reached, claims shall be paid out of the trust funds created in clause c).

See Appendices. Where the Employer requires the employee to take a CGSB test the Employer will pay the employee's reasonable expenses in connection therewith and will reimburse the employee for the straight time wages necessarily lost in order to write the test.

  • Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  • ADDENDA 5.1 Addenda are instruments issued by the Owners prior to the date for receipt of bids which modify or interpret the specification document by addition, deletion, clarification or correction. 5.2 Addenda notification will be made available to all registered vendors immediately via e-mail for inspection on-line. 5.3 No formal bid addendums will be issued later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date and time for receipt of formal bids, except an addendum withdrawing the invitation to bid, or an addendum which includes postponement of the bid.

  • Addendum to Agreement Students who do not complete an AA/AS degree can use the prescribed curriculum in a statewide transfer articulation agreement as a common advising guide for transfer to all public institutions that offer the designated bachelor’s degree program. Please note the following:

  • ADDENDUM Effective as of May 11, 1999 (the “Effective Date”), Healthtrust, Inc. — The Hospital Company (“Healthtrust”) assigned, transferred and conveyed its 100% limited liability company interest in Xxxxxxxx Hospital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LLC”), to LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. (“LifePoint Inc.”), whereupon LifePoint Inc. became the sole member of LLC. Attached hereto is a copy of the Limited Liability Company Agreement of LLC (the “Agreement”). The undersigned hereby agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the Agreement, and further agrees that, from and after the Effective Date, all references in the Agreement to Healthtrust as the sole member (the “Member”) shall be deemed to be references to LifePoint Inc. as the Member.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.
